Book Fairs- We are in need of volunteers to help set-up and tear down the Scholastic book fairs. Also, we will need volunteers to help the students shop. This is during school hours.
5th/6th Grade Socials- It is a fun time for the students with music and refreshments! This event is held after school in the cafeteria and/or gym. The time for this is 3-4:30pm. We will need volunteers to chaperone the social and work the refreshment table. We are in need of 10-15 adult volunteers and we also look for at least 1 but prefer 2 male volunteers. This will be once a month. It's ok if you can't do all of them. You can still sign up for a few!
Staff Appreciation- The PTSA puts on a luncheon for all of the Junior High teachers/staff members in May. We will be in need of getting donations of food as well as help serving the food the day of the luncheon. We need about 4 volunteers for this.
8th Grade Send-off- This will be a committee of 8th grade parents to help get donations and organize the Send-off for all 8th grade students, as a celebratory event for moving on to the High School. This event is held at school, normally on a Friday night 6-9pm.
Fundraisers- We are in need of volunteers to help sort orders and hand them out for our fundraisers. This will normally be during school hours and right after school.

Garden Committee - This will be helping with the maintenance of the garden area and get annuals for the 4th grade orientation, etc.
Ancient World Day - Volunteers will be helping decorate the halls beforehand, and assisting day of while the 7th graders dress up and become their characters from various ancient time periods!
* Please note that any volunteer work during school hours, with the children, will require clearances on file with the school district.
